Fixed Price

• Our services can be provided for a fixed price on request, otherwise what you have is an estimate

$2K-IT, $4K-IT, $8K-IT, $10K-IT

• Our managed service covers all time involved with managing your IT Infrastructure

• Any new hardware or software required from time to time is additional and charged for separately

Payment Terms

• Small project - 100% payment in advance

• Large projects - 50% deposit, 50% on completion

Software Subscription Renewals

• Software subscription renewals (e.g. Supertec, Sophos, Eset) are automatic unless we hear from you in writing with 60 days notice

Shipping

• We will provide you with a courier delivery notification for all hardware and software shipments to you

• You must make a claim for any missing items from any shipment within 7 days

Refund Policy

• We offer a full refund no questions asked policy within 30 days of purchase
